Research Interests

My primary interest is in studying the neuronal mechanisms of social play behaviors. I am interested in studying sex-related differences in rodent models and linking those differences to their respective neuropeptide and neural circuit systems. Additionally, I’m interested in using research in the rodent model and applying it to have a clinical translation, particularly in autism and schizophrenia.
